Lemoine Insurance Agency was started in Ville Platte in 1982. The Farr family became the owners of Lemoine Insurance Agency in 2012. They joined ISU Agency Network in 2014 which allows us access to an even larger network of insurance companies to shop your coverage through on your behalf. Farr Insurance Group and our newest office located in the Denham Springs / Watson area is a great addition to our family.

Allan Farr
Cheif Executive Officer
Allan brings over thirty years of insurance and risk management experience to the agency. Allan has a Business degree from Duke University. He has earned the professional insurance designations of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). He holds insurance licenses in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida. Allan brings a new perspective to ISU Lemoine Insurance Agency with a focus on risk management for both personal and commercial customers. Allan and his wife Debbie enjoy working in the insurance business together and spending time visiting clients all across Southern Louisiana.
Debbie Farr
President
Debbie has been in Insurance Operations for nearly 10 years. She has a BioMedical Engineering degree from Duke University and a variety of business experience including insurance and real estate. Debbie manages many day to day operations as well as the financial and investment functions of the Agency. She also works with our insurance company partners closely to better serve our client’s insurance needs.
Sam Farr
Vice President
Sam has a diverse background in both the Insurance and Technology industries. He received his business degree in Information Systems from Louisiana State University. Sam primarily manages the Denham Springs location and Pelican Trucking Insurance division operations. As such, he holds licenses in Louisiana and other states our trucking clients operate. With the unique ability to bring insurance and technology solutions together to better serve our clients, Sam is an key part of the team.
